باستخدامك فَرّه أو إنشائك حساباً فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق. By using FRRH or creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
أنت مسؤول عن سرية حسابك وعن ما يُنشر منه. لا تنتحل شخصية شخص أو جهة، ولا تنشئ حساباً لغيرك دون إذنه. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything posted from it. Do not impersonate any person or entity, and do not create an account for someone else without their consent.
ممنوع داخل فَرّه:Inside FRRH it is prohibited to:
البلاغات تُراجع خلال ٢٤ ساعة، وقد يؤدي الإخلال إلى حذف المحتوى أو إيقاف الحساب مؤقتاً أو نهائياً. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Violations may lead to content removal or temporary or permanent account suspension.
تبقى مالكاً لما تنشره من تجارب وصور. باستخدامك التطبيق تمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً لعرضه داخل فَرّه فقط — لا نستخدمه في مكان آخر ولا نبيعه. You keep ownership of everything you post. By using the app you grant us a limited license to display it inside FRRH only — we do not use it elsewhere or sell it.
تُقدَّم فَرّه كما هي، ونبذل جهداً لإبقائها متاحة ودقيقة دون ضمان خلوها من الأخطاء أو انقطاعها. خرائط الأماكن وأسماء الأحياء تأتي من مزوّدي الخرائط على جهازك. FRRH is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Place and neighborhood data comes from the map providers on your device.
فَرّه أداة للاكتشاف الاجتماعي، وقرار اللقاء أو التعامل مع أي شخص قرارك وحدك — تعامل بحذر، وتحقق بنفسك، وبلّغ عن أي إساءة فوراً. في حالات الخطر اتصل بالجهات المختصة (٩١١ أو ٩٩٩ في السعودية) قبل أي شيء. FRRH is a discovery tool. Meeting or dealing with anyone is entirely your decision — be careful, verify on your own, and report abuse immediately. In emergencies contact local authorities (911 or 999 in Saudi Arabia) first.
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق. ويمكننا إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط لحماية المستخدمين. You may delete your account any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms to protect users.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تطور التطبيق، ونبلّغ بالتعديلات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق. مواصلة استخدامك بعدها تعني موافقتك. These Terms may be updated as the app evolves, with material changes announced in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. أي سؤال أو إشعار: These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Questions or notices: admin@frrh.net.
