المبدأ باختصار: فَرّه تطبيق خريطة اجتماعي. نجمع أدنى ما يلزم لتشغيل الخريطة، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع مُعلنين — التطبيق مجاني بالكامل لأنه لا يعيش على بيانات أحد.
In short: FRRH is a social map. We collect the minimum needed to run the map, and we never sell or share your data with advertisers — the app is completely free because it does not live on anyone's data.
01ما نجمعهWhat we collect
- الموقع:Location: نستخدم موقعك لتشغيل الخريطة — يظهر لك ما حولك، ويظهر لغيرك أن هناك شخصاً في منطقتك (رقماً داخل وهج الزحمة) فقط إذا اخترت الظهور. المسافة التي يراها الآخرون عنك لا تنزل عن ١٠٠ متر أبداً، وما نستخدم الموقع للإعلان ولا نبني عليه ملفاً عنك.
Your location powers the map — it shows you what is around, and shows others that a person is in your area (a number inside the crowd glow) only if you choose to appear. The distance others see never goes below 100 meters, and we never use location for advertising or profiling.
- حسابك:Your account: الاسم الظاهر، الصورة، وبريدك الإلكتروني لتسجيل الدخول والتواصل.Your display name, photo, and email for sign-in and contact.
- محتواك:Your content: تجاربك وتقييماتك وصورك ورسائلك — كما كتبتها، بلا تعديل.Your reviews, photos and messages — exactly as you wrote them.
- فرز الوسائط الآلي:Automated media screening: قبل نشر أي صورة أو مقطع (لقطة حيّة، مرفقات تجربة، معرض عدستي، صور مكان جديد، صورة ملفك الشخصي) تُرسل نسخة مصغّرة منها عبر خادمنا إلى خدمة فرز آلي خارجية (Google Gemini أو OpenAI) للتأكد أنها خالية من المحتوى الممنوع — بلا اسمك ولا رقمك ولا موقعك. النسخة تُرمى بعد الحكم مباشرة بلا حفظ عند أي طرف، ولا تُستخدم لتدريب النماذج حسب شروط المزوّدين.Before any photo or clip is published (live snap, review attachments, your lens gallery, new place photos, your profile picture), a downscaled copy is sent through our server to an external automated screening service (Google Gemini or OpenAI) to check it is free of prohibited content — without your name, phone number or location. The copy is discarded right after the verdict with no storage at any party, and is not used for model training under the providers' terms.

- زيارات هذا الموقع:This website: نحصي زيارات frrh.net عدّاً مجهولاً — بلا كوكيز ولا عنوان IP ولا هوية: الجلسة معرّف عشوائي يُولَّد لكل تبويب ويموت بإغلاقه، ونخزّن الحدث والمسار واللغة والمنطقة الزمنية للمتصفح فقط (لتقدير توزيع جغرافي عام على مستوى الدولة، بلا مواقع)، وتُحذف تلقائياً بعد ٩٠ يوماً.Visits to frrh.net are counted anonymously — no cookies, no IP addresses, no identity: the session is a random ID generated per tab that dies when you close it, and we store only the event, path, language and browser timezone (a country-level geographic distribution only, no locations), deleted automatically after 90 days.
02ما لا نجمعه ولا نفعله أبداًWhat we never collect or do
- لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع عبر التطبيقات — لا شيء يتبعك من فَرّه إلى مكان آخر.No ads and no cross-app tracking — nothing follows you out of FRRH.
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها لأي طرف ثالث.We never sell or rent your data to any third party.
- لا نشارك موقعك الدقيق مع أي مستخدم — المسافة المرئية دائماً ١٠٠ متر أو أكثر.We never share your precise location with any user — visible distance is always 100 meters or more.
- من في وهج الزحمة يبقى مجهولاً — لا يظهر اسمك ولا صورتك إلا إذا اخترت الظهور.The crowd glow is anonymous — your name and photo appear only if you choose to be visible.
03الظهور اختيارك في أي لحظةVisibility is your choice, any moment
من لا يفعّل الظهور يبقى مجرد رقم داخل وهج الزحمة، ولا يرى أحد هويته أو صورته أو مسافته. وضع الشبح يخفيك من الخريطة فوراً بضغطة واحدة، ويمكنك إعادته في أي وقت. وميزة «صدفة» — تنبيه من زار مكانك نفسه في نفس اليوم — مغلقة افتراضياً ولا تعمل إلا إذا فعّلها الطرفان.
Until you choose to appear, you are only a number inside the crowd glow — no one sees your identity, photo or distance. Ghost mode hides you from the map instantly with one tap, any time. The "Coincidence" feature — a nudge when someone visited the same place on the same day — is off by default and works only when both people enable it.
04الرسائل والبلاغاتMessages and reports
رسائلك تُعرض لك وللمحاور فقط، ولا تُستخدم للإعلان أو التوصيات. البلاغات تُراجع خلال ٢٤ ساعة من طرف فريقنا، وتُستخدم لإنفاذ قواعد المجتمع فقط.
Your messages are visible to you and the recipient only — never used for ads or recommendations. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our team and used solely to enforce community rules.
05حقوقكYour rights
- تحذف حسابك وكل بياناته من التطبيق مباشرة، دون سؤال أو شرط.You can delete your account and all its data right from the app.
- تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها بالبريد Request a copy of your data or its deletion by email admin@frrh.net وننفّذ خلال ٢٤ ساعة. — we act within 24 hours.
06الأطفالChildren
فَرّه ليست موجّهة لمن هم دون ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عمداً. إذا وصلنا بلاغ بهذا الشأن حذفنا الحساب وبياناته فوراً.
FRRH is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn of such an account, we delete it and its data immediately.
