الخلاصة: ما نشوف موقعك إلا وأنت مسجّل تواجدك بنفسك، ونزيحه عمداً قبل ما يوصل لأي أحد. ما نبيع بياناتك، وتقدر تحذف حسابك بضغطة.
In short: we only see your location while you choose to check in, and we deliberately blur it before anyone receives it. We don't sell your data, and you can delete your account in one tap.
01البيانات اللي نجمعهاWhat we collect
نجمع الحد الأدنى اللي يخلي التطبيق يشتغل:We collect the minimum needed for the app to work:
- بيانات الحساب:Account: اسمك، اسم المستخدم، بريدك أو رقم جوالك، صورتك، ونبذتك.your name, username, email or phone, photo, and bio.
- الموقع:Location: يُرسل فقط أثناء تسجيلك تواجدك في مكان. لا نتتبعك في الخلفية.sent only while you're checked in somewhere. We don't track you in the background.
- المحتوى:Content: الصور والتقييمات والتعليقات اللي تنشرها، والرسائل اللي ترسلها.photos, reviews, and comments you post, and messages you send.
- بيانات تقنية:Technical: نوع الجهاز وإصدار النظام، لتشخيص الأعطال.device type and OS version, for diagnosing crashes.
02كيف نحمي موقعكHow we protect your location
- ما تظهر إلا وأنت مسجّل. ما دمت ما سجّلت تواجدك، ما أحد يشوفك على الخريطة.
Invisible unless checked in. If you haven't checked in, nobody sees you on the map.
- إزاحة مقصودة. نزيح إحداثياتك ٥٠–١١٠ متر قبل ما تغادر جهازك، فالموقع الدقيق ما يوصل لأحد.
Deliberate blur. We shift your coordinates by 50–110 meters before they leave your device, so nobody receives your exact position.
- أوضاع التخفي. تقدر تظهر بالكامل، أو مخفي الهوية، أو متخفٍ تماماً — تغيّرها متى ما بغيت.
Visibility modes. Be fully visible, anonymous, or completely hidden — change it anytime.
- منطقة السكن. ترسم دائرة حول بيتك، وأي تواجد داخلها ما يظهر أبداً.
Home zone. Draw a circle around your home, and any presence inside it never shows.
03ليش نستخدم بياناتكHow we use your data
لتشغيل التطبيق فقط: عرض الأماكن والمتواجدين، إيصال رسائلك، ومنع الإساءة. ما نستخدمها لأي غرض إعلاني.
Only to run the app: showing places and who's there, delivering your messages, and preventing abuse. Never for advertising.
04ما نبيع بياناتكWe don't sell your data
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع معلنين أو وسطاء بيانات. نستخدم Supabase لتخزين البيانات، وهي ملتزمة بمعايير حماية عالمية. لا نشارك بياناتك مع أحد غيرهم إلا بأمر قضائي.
We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We use Supabase for storage, which meets international protection standards. We share with no one else except under a valid legal order.
05حقوقكYour rights
- الحذف: زر «حذف الحساب» داخل التطبيق يمسح كل بياناتك نهائياً خلال ٣٠ يوم.
Deletion: the "Delete account" button in the app permanently erases all your data within 30 days.
- الوصول: راسلنا وتحصل نسخة من بياناتك خلال ٣٠ يوم.
Access: email us and we'll send a copy of your data within 30 days.
- التصحيح: عدّل بياناتك في أي وقت من إعدادات الحساب.
Correction: edit your data anytime from account settings.
- سحب الإذن: أوقف إذن الموقع من إعدادات جهازك، والتطبيق يبقى يشتغل بدونه.
Withdraw consent: revoke location permission in your device settings — the app still works without it.
06الأطفالChildren
فَرّه للأشخاص ١٧ سنة فأكثر. لا نجمع بيانات عمداً ممن هم دون ذلك، وإذا اكتشفنا حساباً كذلك نحذفه فوراً.
FRRH is for people 17 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete such accounts immediately upon discovery.
07السلامة والبلاغاتSafety and reports
تقدر تحظر أي شخص بضغطة، وتبلّغ عن أي محتوى مسيء. نراجع البلاغات خلال ٢٤ ساعة ونتخذ إجراءً يشمل حذف المحتوى أو إيقاف الحساب.
You can block anyone in one tap and report abusive content. We review reports within 24 hours and take action, including content removal or account suspension.
08تغييرات على السياسةChanges to this policy
إذا غيّرنا شيئاً جوهرياً، نبلّغك داخل التطبيق قبل التطبيق بوقت كافٍ.
If we make a material change, we'll notify you in the app with reasonable notice.
