من التطبيق: حسابك ← الإعدادات ← تواصل معنا. تختار نوع الرسالة (بلاغ عن مستخدم، مشكلة تقنية، حسابي وبياناتي، اقتراح) ويُفتح البريد بموضوع جاهز. In the app: your profile ← Settings ← Contact us. Pick the message type (report a user, technical issue, my account and data, suggestion) and your mail app opens with the subject pre-filled.
بلاغ عاجل عن حساب مسيء؟ اضغط «تبليغ» في ملف الشخص مباشرة — البلاغات لها أولوية مراجعة خلال ٢٤ ساعة، وقد تؤدي لحذف المحتوى أو إيقاف الحساب. Urgent report about an abusive account? Tap "Report" right on their profile — reports are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours, and can lead to content removal or account suspension.

FRRH is a social app, and our support team can't intervene in immediate danger. If you or someone near you is at risk, contact your local emergency services right away. Then report the account in the app so we can act on it.
